RKC (ROSEMEAD KIWANIS CLUB) REPORTER – 11/7/2007

 

Greetings to our K-Family (Kiwanis affiliated group of clubs) and other friends.

 

We welcome especially the newly added members of Rosemead’s spiritual and business communities. We are striving to include every spiritual organization listed on the rosemeadkiwanis.org website and all members of the Rosemead Chamber of Commerce.

 

AN EXPERIMENT IN IMPROVING COMMUNICATIONS

 

Beginning with this special issue our RKC Reporter is starting a multi-week experiment – weekly emails which will feature:

 

  1. News of upcoming or just completed Rosemead events, sometimes with links to details elsewhere, especially those involving Kiwanis Network members.

 

  1. Features - Periodic summaries regarding Rosemead related stories

 (again with links supplied)

  1. Fax of Life - Attachment in .pdf format of the current issue of a weekly inspirational publication prepared by a sister Kiwanis

 

This is a two month test, after which effectiveness and interest will be reassessed – your input to kcrosemead@aol.com is invited.

       last night to the Rosemead Kiwanis website

 

      San Gabriel Hospital sale by a Catholic Church affiliate to a for-profit group

      approved, the Attorney General has negotiated a community mitigation offset

       for five years.
